This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for chat/call consultations, Astromall purchases and Pooja bookings made through Jyotishvani.

1. Chat and Call Consultations

• Charges for chat and call consultations are billed for time actually connected with an astrologer and are non-refundable once a session has started.
• If a session fails to connect due to a technical issue on our end, or an astrologer does not respond within a reasonable time, any amount charged for that session will be refunded in full.
• Refunds for failed or interrupted sessions must be requested within 48 hours of the incident.

2. Astromall Shop Orders

• Physical products purchased through Astromall may be returned within 7 days of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered.
• To request a return, contact us with your order number and photos of the item within the 7-day window.
• Customised or personalised items (such as items made to your birth chart) are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

3. Pooja Bookings

• Pooja bookings cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled date are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pooja may be subject to a partial refund, as materials and priest time may already be arranged.
• If a booked pooja cannot be performed due to a fault on our end, a full refund will be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order or consultation ID, the date of the transaction and the reason for your request, using the details in the Contact Us section below.

5. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is published.
